I’m offering here my well-preserved Yamaha RD/RZ 500 V4 LC. The almost 40-year-old sport motorcycle is a real collector’s item for any lover of classic two-strokes. Anyone who has ridden this motorcycle knows you have to learn to master this diva. With a mileage of only 12,940 km, it has been hardly used in recent years. As the bike has been moved only rarely in the last 5 years, it currently has no TÜV. The occasional rides were done with my red license plate. Here and there there are age-appropriate signs of wear, but in the last 39 years there has been neither an accident nor crash damage. The fuel tank is rust-free, the tires as well as the chain kit are still from 1987. The paintwork is original as are all fairing parts. The throttle grip rubber is cracked, the seat is worn, and the cushioning has a small hole. The tank has a small dent, as seen in the photo (a keepsake from my father). The fork seal rings are tight and the stanchions are rust-free. The engine as well as the shock absorber are leak-free.
