Interesting collection of four German vintage light/exposure meters, from different generations of analog photography. The lot consists of: - Zeiss Ikon Ikophot – classic cream/red model, with a matching red Zeiss Ikon case, marked Stuttgart Germany. This type selenium exposure meter dates from the 1950s; the German Camera Museum places this edition from 1953. - Zeiss Ikon Ikophot CD – black/white handheld exposure meter with ASA/DIN, aperture, shutter speed and CINE scales, with a black case. - Gossen Lunasix – professional West German exposure meter for both reflected and incident light, equipped with a large calculation disc, scale markings, and a leather Gossen Lunasix case. On the back it says Germany (West) and the designation for 2× Mallory PX13 batteries. - Electro BEWI Super – Made in Germany, foldable exposure meter with optical section, extensive aperture/shutter speed tables and adjustment scales. An attractive collection that nicely shows the development from early photoelectric/selenium meters to battery-powered exposure meters. See the photos for the exact cosmetic condition. The exposure meters have not been tested for measurement accuracy or full functionality and are therefore offered as untested. With older light meters, the sensing cell can drift or stop functioning due to age. Batteries are not included.
