Zeldzaam Vintage Houten Reclamebord ‘Maison Klipfel’ Elzas – Cadda

Original Horeca Wine Advertisement Board 'Vins Fins d'Alsace - Klipfel' – Authentic Wooden Bistro Board with Printer's Mark A unique opportunity for collectors of premium automobilia, vintage horeca heritage and wine memorabilia. This splendid, authentic wooden advertising board oozes the vibe of 1960s and early 1970s French and Belgian bistro culture. The board was produced at the time on behalf of the renowned French winery Maison Klipfel (founded in 1824 in Barr, Alsace) to be displayed in exclusive establishments. The refined text "En dégustation dans cet établissement" directly invites guests to an exclusive wine tasting. Centered on the board is the splendid, detailed Klipfel family crest, flanked by the inscription "Marque Déposée". The typography has that iconic, hand-painted vintage look which is immensely popular today in the design world. Unique collector’s detail on the reverse: What makes this specimen extra special and historically traceable is the original printer's mark on the back: "Cadda Print Bruxelles." Including the authentic six-digit Brussels telephone numbers (12.90.80 - 12.78.86). This proves that the board was produced before the major Belgian telephone reform of 1974. A tangible piece of Belgian-French graphic history! Condition and Appearance: The board is in a beautiful, lived-in vintage condition with an irresistible natural patina. The light signs of the wear of time (such as subtle speckles and warm wood coloration) give the object its unique character and prove absolute authenticity. The board features the original, sturdy metal hanging chain on the top, making it ready to shine in a man cave, wine cellar, bar, restaurant, or industrial interior.
