Alle Auktionen / Zeitgenössische Kunst / Santicri - Uncontained
Santicri participated in numerous art exhibitions of international standing. Among the most significant, in 2022 he exhibited his works at the prestigious Palazzo Grillo in Genoa, and in 2023 he was present at the International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFF) in New York, thus expanding his visibility in both national and international contexts. Santicri was recognized among the Best-Selling Artists of 2024 by Artmayeur, one of the most renowned platforms in the art world. In the same year, he was also listed among the top three most searched names on the Catawiki platform, a further sign of the growing appreciation for his work. These recognitions highlight the talent and increasing visibility of Santicri in the contemporary art scene. Technique: Resin and marble powder, cold metallization. Measurements: H30 x L18 x P2 cm Condition: new Certificate of authenticity - hand-signed Edition: silver and red This sculpture demonstrates how art can be born anywhere, even from the more ordinary and unnoticed elements of our daily life. The air nozzle, symbol of functionality and anonymity, becomes the vanishing point for an explosion of matter, transforming into an unexpected work. The dripping black paint breaks the monotony of the industrial object, suggesting that creativity cannot be contained: it emerges, expands and manifests itself in the most unsuspected places. Art, therefore, is not confined to galleries or museums, but exists wherever there is the capacity to see it. The serial number might not correspond to the one in the photo. SHIPPING INSURED. The artist established himself in 2024 as one of the most sought-after names on Catawiki, immediately ranking after icons such as Kaws and Banksy. His art stands out in an exclusive context that includes other categories of excellence, such as Rolex, Lego, Louis Vuitton, Porsche, Eames, Macallan, Tintin, Cartier and Pokémon. A talent recognized not only for creative value but also as one of the most promising investments of the year. Born in 1992 in Macerata, Marche, the Italian artist pursued a path that, between studies of Surveying and Architecture, led him to collaborate with an artisan sculptor in resin. There the growing need to find himself and unleash his creativity was born. His works are sold worldwide, collaborating with galleries in Italy and Europe. His art is widely appreciated and cannot be missing among collectors of paintings and sculptures of street art, pop art, contemporary art. "It is never easy to classify one's art; I try to convey what my eyes see, my way of perceiving what surrounds me and I rework it with a design that fits well with modern times: impactful and memorable."
